Connect your accounts
Once per account. You stay in charge.
You give Soulwidth access through each platform's own settings. We never see or ask for your passwords, and you can remove our access any time from the same place.
Facebook & Instagram
One step covers both. Your posts and ads appear on your own Page and Instagram.
- Make sure your Instagram is a business or creator account, linked to your Facebook Page.
- Open Meta Business Suite (business.facebook.com) → Settings → Users → Partners.
- Choose Add → Give a partner access to your assets, and enter Soulwidth's Business ID (it's in your Soulwidth app under Connect your accounts).
- Tick your Facebook Page and your Instagram account, and switch on Content and Ads.
YouTube
Your video ads play from your own channel.
- Open YouTube Studio → Settings → Permissions → Invite.
- Invite hello@soulwidth.com as an Editor, so we can upload your ad video (unlisted) to your channel.
- No channel? That's fine: it runs as “Sponsored · your business name”.
TikTok
Your ads run from your own TikTok account.
- In TikTok, go to Settings and privacy → Business suite (or Creator tools) → Ad authorisation, and switch it on.
- We'll send you a request when your ad is ready to run from your account. Accept it in the app.
- Not on TikTok? It runs under your business name and logo.
LinkedIn
Your posts and ads appear on your company Page.
- Open your LinkedIn Page as an admin → Settings → Manage admins.
- Under Paid media admins, add JJ D'Emanuele as a Sponsored Content Poster.
- To have us post your free posts too, also add JJ D'Emanuele as a Content admin.
Google Business Profile
Free posts on Google Maps and Search, the best free thing for local customers.
- Search your business name on Google while signed in, and open your Business Profile.
- Choose ⋮ → Business Profile settings → Managers → Add.
- Invite hello@soulwidth.com as a Manager, so we can publish your posts.
- No Business Profile yet? Create one free at business.google.com.
Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, X and mobile games: nothing to connect. Your ads run under your business name and logo.
