Refund & Cancellation Policy

Launch Package (One-off, $497 AUD)

Work begins within 1–2 business days of payment. Due to the time and resources committed at the start of each project, the Launch Package is non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and before work has begun, email hello@soulwidth.com and we will issue a full refund.

Grow Retainer ($997 AUD/month)

You may cancel your Grow Retainer at any time by emailing us before your next billing date. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has commenced will take effect at the end of that month — no partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

Content delivered in a billing cycle remains yours to keep regardless of cancellation.

Agency License ($497 AUD/month)

The Agency License subscription can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Access to white-label templates and support is maintained until the end of the paid period.

How to Cancel

Email hello@soulwidth.com with your name and the package you wish to cancel. We'll confirm cancellation within one business day and ensure your Stripe subscription is stopped.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We'd always prefer to resolve any concerns directly before a dispute is raised. If you're unhappy with any aspect of the service, please contact us first — we're committed to making it right.
