Is it priced per person?

No. One price for your business. Up to 5 team logins are included, each with their own email, at no extra cost.

Can I bring my contacts?

Yes: connect Google or Outlook, or import a spreadsheet (CSV). You choose who comes in, and why they agreed to hear from you.

Does it work with my accounting?

Xero and MYOB connections are coming soon. Until then, your sales and costs export as a CSV for your accountant on SELL.

Yes. Everything is encrypted in transit, payments go through Stripe, there are no passwords to steal, and each business can only see its own data.

Can I add ads or a website later?

Any time. Add ADVERTISE for ads on socials, mobile games, YouTube and billboards, or a website for $99 a year.

Claude (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the address, choose Sign in when needed, and save.
ChatGPT: Soulwidth is on its way to ChatGPT's app directory. Until then, it can be added in ChatGPT's developer mode (paid plans).
Ask anything about Soulwidth straight away. When you ask about your own ads, your assistant asks you to sign in to Soulwidth with your usual email code, and you choose Allow.

It can never approve or post an ad, spend or pay, change your plan, or see your customers' details. A Soulwidth Ad Expert still approves every ad, and nothing runs without your OK in the app.

Privacy

Your account, your say.

Signing in gives your assistant a token that only does what's listed above. Tokens are stored encrypted (hashed), last an hour and renew for up to 60 days, and are removed when you delete your Soulwidth account. Disconnect any time in your assistant's settings. Do I need a Soulwidth account?

Not to ask about Soulwidth, its prices or which plan fits. To see your own ads and results, or start a brief, you sign in with your Soulwidth account.

Can my assistant send or approve ads?

No. It can save a draft brief. You add a real photo and send it in the app, a Soulwidth Ad Expert makes and checks the ads, and nothing runs until you approve it.

Does it cost extra?

No. The connector is free; your Soulwidth plan is unchanged.
