What do brand videos and billboards cost?
They're extras you can ask for from your app, on any plan. An AI brand video is from $450 for a 30-second YouTube ad and a 15-second Shorts cut, with two rounds of changes. Digital billboards are the screen cost plus 20% for design, booking and reporting, with campaigns from $500. You get a plan and a quote first, and nothing is booked or charged until you approve it.
What's the difference between the plans?
On Self-serve ($199), you make your ads in the app with AI and a Soulwidth ad expert checks and posts every one. On Managed ($499), a Soulwidth ad expert makes your ads every week, posts them everywhere you are and plans your next month with you. Growth Partner ($999) adds short videos, retargeting, a reviews campaign and a quarterly strategy session.
How does the ad budget work?
You choose a monthly ad budget when you sign up (from $300, $600 or $1,500 depending on your plan). It's on the same bill, 100% of it is spent on your ads with no markup, and your report shows exactly where it went. Change it any month in the app. Prefer to pay Meta and Google directly from your own ad account? Choose that at sign-up and you'll pay Soulwidth the plan only.
Is it all written by AI?
AI does the heavy lifting — transcribing, drafting, cutting clips, resizing. A Soulwidth ad expert on our team reviews and polishes every piece, and you approve before anything is published.
What if the ads don't work?
Our first-month results promise: if your ads bring you no enquiries in your first full month, your second month's Soulwidth fee is free. It applies when your ads run all month at or above your plan's minimum budget and you approve them within 3 days. The ad budget itself is spent on your ads, so it isn't refunded. Full details.
Is there a contract?
